Sports Rehabilitation in Vilnius
★ 5.0 · 240+ Google reviews · 25+ years of experience
This is a combination of massage and manual therapy adapted for physically active people. The work focuses on muscle tension after training, movement restrictions and discomfort left by older injuries.
You choose the length. After heavy training, 45 or 60 minutes is the more common choice.
Why people come
- Muscle tension and heaviness after training
- Movement restriction that interferes with training
- Discomfort left by an older injury
- Preparing for a competition or recovering after one
How a visit works
- Conversation — we discuss your sport, training load and complaints.
- Assessment — I check muscle tension and range of motion.
- Treatment — massage and manual therapy techniques as needed.
- Advice — guidance on recovery between training sessions.
I match the intensity to your training schedule — the work is gentler before a competition.
