Chiropractic is hands-on work with the spine and joints, aimed at easing pain and restoring range of motion. Before starting I go through the history of your complaint, check your posture and movement restrictions, then choose the techniques that fit.
You choose the length. For a first visit, 45 or 60 minutes works better: part of the session goes to the conversation and assessment.
Why people come
- Neck, back or lower back pain
- Stiffness in the morning or after sitting for long periods
- Pain radiating into the shoulder, arm or leg
- Restricted movement after physical activity
How a visit works
- Conversation — I listen to when and how the complaint started.
- Assessment — I check posture, range of motion and muscle tension.
- Treatment — I apply manual techniques based on what the assessment showed.
- Discussion — I explain what I found and whether a follow-up makes sense.
I explain each step as we go. If anything feels uncomfortable, say so and I will adjust.
