Manual Therapy in Vilnius
★ 5.0 · 240+ Google reviews · 25+ years of experience
Manual therapy is hands-on work with muscles, joints and soft tissue. People usually come with chronic tension, limited mobility or complaints related to posture. A session starts with a conversation and an assessment of how you move.
You choose the length. For a first visit, 45 or 60 minutes is usually more comfortable.
Why people come
- Chronic muscle tension and stiffness
- Neck and shoulder pain from desk work
- Headaches related to tension in the neck area
- Limited joint mobility
- Recovery after physical strain or older injuries
How a visit works
- Conversation and assessment — we go through the history; I check movement and muscle tension.
- Soft tissue work — release techniques for areas holding tension.
- Joint mobilisation — gentle restoration of movement where it is restricted.
- Advice — exercises and guidance for daily activity and your workspace.
Working on tight muscles feels like pressure rather than sharp pain. I can change the intensity at any point.
